Nerdy Time...

So, you might not know I have 1.0/1.5 vision. Which means I need glasses. So yesterday, my mom went to the eye doctor to pick them up. The scary thing is, I could see the notes on my piano book 10 feet away. I told my mom, and she said that's why I should only wear them in class. The thing is, I'm scared of my classmates seeing me with glasses. For example, one of my classmates (let's call her S) she always called me a nerd because I honestly love to read. I bet S will say "Wow, you ARE a nerd." What do you think I should do? Tell me in the comments!

Cookies and Magazines, Anyone?

So, I've started school. English and Social Studies seems OK so far, Science is so boring that I nearly fell asleep. It's not those kinds where you get to explode stuff. It's one where you sit down and read along. *yawns* Oh, and Pre-Algebra advanced class is VERY stressful. You get a B and under you get kicked out. O_O

It's only the 2nd day of school and they have given us a fundraiser. We have to sell Mrs. Fields Cookie Dough and magazines. We have over 700 magazines to select from. So far, I've only sold one Health magazine subscription to my piano teacher, an Auntie Anne's pretzel dog (with Nathan's Hot Dog type) to my friend, and one Peanut Butter Cup Cookies to my church pastor (Hey, I'm not Christian. My mom only made me go there to improve my social skills.)

Haven't posted in a long time...

Sorry for not posting here in a long time. (Thank you Brave Star and Red Wing for reminding me!)

So, school starts this Thursday, September 6th. This year I'm going to middle school. So far, I've thought of like, five cons and zero pros. Here are the cons:

1. 6th graders (like me) have no lockers.
2. Therefore, someone can steal things from my backpack so I have to lock them.
3. We go to school at 8:10 AM. Back in elementary, we went to school at 8:50!
4. I have a bad Science teacher.
5. I have no periods, except for band, with my friends.
